My mother never was not perfect, whose mother was? Every time I read other blogs about their mothers they all seem so perfect. But I have to admit, we the children see our mothers perfect. We the children always stood by our mothers when things would go wrong. The fights, heart breaks, divorces, I have always stood by and watched quietly while my mother cried. Yet still our faces always would make them smile. It is like we are their life, what keeps them going, their baby when we get older and get families of our own. From the day we were born, our bonds would never break. My mother never stopped supporting me, even when times were tough in Poland. During my first couple years my mother never gave up on me, even though the country was under communism. Money and food was scarce, and in order to purchase luxury items such as a television my family had to drive hundreds of miles to Russia where televisions were cheaper. Those times were much harder than what we see now. Families that have more cars than family members, as many televisions as rooms, food that is ready in matter of seconds, yet still children see their mothers take care of them the same way their grandmothers would take care of their mothers. It’s funny to see how much mothers care for their children. From the day a woman finds out that she’s pregnant, from day one that child is the most important thing in the world. Miscarry a child is very traumatic to mother even though the child was not fully developed. Just the thought of having a child and making a bright future for them is the precious thing that a mother can have. The bragging right to say “That’s my son\daughter” when a child makes a huge accomplishment shows what the mother went through was definitely worth it. All those mistakes that were done did not matter.
Very true. I can definitely agree with you how much mother's care about us. We do get see our Moms being perfect cause they do so much for us, but we know that they are not and we still love them unconditionally.
